This is the first time I have ever seen the manually reviewed message for my OR state return, and this is my first time using Turbo-Tax for e-filing (previously was using different software), curious if there is a correlation? I am also now a homeowner, where as I wasn't before. I am also claiming mileage for volunteer work. My state return is larger than usual due to the home ownership. I normally also file earlier, was trying to hold off waiting for tax extenders to possibly pass. These are the only differences from the previous 6 years of returns. Usually I get my state return before I receive my federal return :( This does not sound promising...
