Occasionally, the import process for the W-2 in TurboTax fails, possibly because the employer didn't create the data packet correctly.
If you have concerns about what is on the W-2, then do the following:
1. copy down the information in each box of the W-2 (unless you have a printed copy)
2. delete the W-2 in TurboTax (look for the trashcan on the right),
3. re-enter your W-2 by hand.
This should make the W-2 entries in TurboTax correct (or, at least, matching your W-2).
