You should be able to. That's not a reason that you wouldn't be able to efile. When you enter the employer address for the W-2, be sure to indicate that it is a foreign address, then the data boxes will change to accommodate the foreign country and the international postal code.
Whether or not one can efile also depends on all the other items in your return.
