I need to talk to a real person for my issue, or do I need to go with a different business to file my taxes since you guys won't help with this any more?

I'm trying to get an issue changed, your software is not working correctly and I need it fixed to file my return accurately, but I'm not paying $100 for premier when you guys are the ones with the issue. Can I speak with a real person please? The problem is that I have $104 income from a business located in GA for work done in Florida listed on a W-2. I entered this, and didn't owe any taxes to GA for it. When I added $2800 of misc. income for "not for profit rental" for my principal residence in Florida, it shows that I now owe $43 to GA. This makes no sense, Georgia can't tax me for income in FL. Not sure why the software is doing this...
