Own YUM Brand Inc and received 9 shares from spinoff of YUM China Holding Inc as of 10/31/2016 do these shares get listed as 1099-DIV? Did not receive a 1099-DIV?
Received a check for a partial share and 1099-DIV and placed in appropriate area but not sure if I need to account for 9 spin-off shares value
