If you cashed in US Savings bonds in 2016, enter in the following area:
Type in 1099-int in the search box, top right of your screen, then click the magnifying glass
Click the jump to 1099-int link in the search results.
Follow the onscreen instructions to enter
You will arrive at the Let's get your 1099-INT or brokerage statement details page
Check the box My form has info in more than just box 1 (this is uncommon)
Enter savings bond interest in box #3 Saving Bonds and treasury int
