I am an Independent Presenter for Younique, LLC, which means I am an Independent Contractor. On the SS-4, do I put Younique, or should this say my name?

I am an Independent Presenter for Younique, LLC, which means I am an Independent Contractor.  I am currently applying for an EIN on the SS-4.  In box 2, should I put Younique or should I put my name?
