Generally, your federal tax return should not be included with your Louisiana State Tax Return.
However, if you file a Schedule H (disaster relief) with your Louisiana return, then you'll need to include a copy of your federal return that indicates the amount of the credit, a
copy of Federal Form 3800, and a copy of the appropriate IRS form to
substantiate the amount of the credit.
