Yes. As long as your taxes are paid by the due date of the return you can e-file now and pay later. When you are ready to pay your tax due be sure to include the payment voucher (Form 1040-V) with your check. If you cannot find the Form 1040-V when you are ready to send your check you can print a new voucher here:
