How do I report income I made from working for a company for 2 days (paid $170 by check) and another for 1 day ($100 cash)?

I didn't receive a w-2 or any other kind of government form for either job, and in both cases I was hired for a temporary position (I was only meant to work for the 2 and 1 days, respectively).
