Wait for your W-2. The information on the W-2 often does not match the pay stubs. If it doesn't match then you will end up having to file an amended return which can't be started until mid-February and then takes the IRS 4 months to process. The IRS won't begin accepting efiled returns until Jan. 23 and you'll probably have your W-2 by then.
