Can I claim child care expenses from when I was married: I was separated half way through the year and I am the lower income spouse during that time.
I was separated in July. I was the lower income parent. We now have 50/50 custody of my daughter. Can I claim the child care expenses for the time that we were together? Should I only claim half?
