Get your taxes done using TurboTax

If you have already paid for the Deluxe online program, as long as you are using the same account, then you should only have to pay for the difference between the Deluxe program and the Premier program.  

Note:  The upgrade screen might reference the full price, but during the actual checkout you should only be paying the difference.

If that is not happening for you or if you purchased the Deluxe desktop program from TurboTax, then you will have to contact phone support using the directions below to get credit.

Follow these steps to be connected to TurboTax support:

  • Sign into your TurboTax account
  • Click on Contact Us (upper right hand corner of blue banner) or ou can contact phone support though this link here
  • Briefly state your situation
  • Click Submit
  • On the next page, choose what Call option you want (callback) and follow the instructions
