No, you will not need these forms. Those forms only apply to noncustodial parents. If your daughter is allowing her son's father to claim him for certain benefits, he would need those forms. However, if she is allowing you to claim her grandson for all benefits (she cannot split benefits with you), you will not need this form on your return. You simply claim the grandson, but you will acknowledge that your daughter is also living with you and is not claiming her son.
