HI , i'm married but my husband does not live in US. So he doesn't have an SSN or ITIN and i filled my W4 as married. What are my options?

Soemone told me i can fill a paper form 1040 and put NRA but i might owe money!!!  of course i'd like to get money as much as i can… hope you can help me.
