You only mail the Form 1040 and the other IRS Forms and Schedules which have an Attachment Sequence number in the upper right corner of the form or schedule and have tax data entered. All other worksheets in the PDF are for your use only and are not sent to the IRS.
You need to print, sign, and date the Form 1040 to include all Form W-2's and Form 1099's that have federal income taxes withheld.
Using a PDF viewer, such as Adobe Reader, you can pick and choose which pages of the PDF to print.
