You can sign into your account,
"Take me to my return" or "Continue where I left off"
- Click on "My Account" on the top blue banner
- Click "Tools" on drop down list
- On "Tool Center" dialog bow click "Delete a form"
- Scroll down to the 1099 form you wish to remove and click Delete next to it
