If you purchased the download through the TurboTax website, here are the steps to take for you to access your download:
- Go to turbotax.intuit.com. Do not sign in on this
page.
- Select 'Products & Pricing'
- Then select 'Access My Downloads'. You will be
prompted to log in at this point. Once you do, you should see all of the
downloads you have purchased. If you do not see the download, verify that you
are using the account you used to purchase the download.
