It appears that you're using the Free Edition, which doesn't include telephone support. The Community (this forum) is staffed by TurboTax employees, tax pros and volunteers.
You can post your question here and hopefully someone will be able to help you. If you'd like to obtain telephone support, you can always upgrade to the PLUS Help plus Tools feature and make payment for it. See instructions below.
