If you are referring to box 14 on the W-2, then just enter "Other". Many codes on box 14 are not defined by the IRS and are made up by the employer - only your employer knows for sure that they meant by this.
When you call your employer, ask if it refers to California SDI or VPDI tax (they should know what those are), otherwise, it's just "Other".
