If
you are self employed and received a Form 1099-MISC, you might also
want to delete the Schedule C from the list to remove all information
related to the form
.
To delete the Form 1099-MISC and Schedule C:

Select My Account
-
Select Tools
-
Under Other helpful links, choose Delete a form
-
Select Delete next to the Schedule C and Form 1099-MISC
