Please see the instructions below on how to enter 2017 state estimated tax payments in TurboTax:
1. Click on Federal (on the left side of the screen)
2. Click on Deductions and Credits (on the top of the screen)
3. Click on Check for more Tax Breaks
4. Click on See list of all tax breaks
5. Scroll down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid, click on Show More
6. Click Start next to Estimated Tax Payments
7. Click Start next to state estimated taxes for 2017 (Click the screenshot below for a visual reference)
