Box 2, would represent the amount of taxes withheld (based on information in your W-4)
Box 4 reports the total amount of Social Security taxes withheld from your paychecks.
Box 6 reports the amount of taxes that were withheld from your paycheck for the Medicare tax.
All three boxes represent taxes paid.
