Since I'm using an Auto Debit System for paying the IRS I know I have to mail in Form 1040-V. but since I have an Auto Debit system set up will my first payment come out of that or do I need to mail a check with my first payment listed? Also do I mail Form 9465 along with 1040-V, to show acct and routing numbers?
