Get your taxes done using TurboTax
Turbotax is trying to identify this problem but needs your help.
First, please generate a diagnostic file for tech support.
- Click the My Account menu, then Tools, and select "Share my tax file with an Agent".
- Click on the check mark to make a copy for yourself, and send it.
- Reply back here with the token number.
Second, you may receive an email from "socialwecare@intuit.com" or "live_community@intuit.com"; this is not junk mail. Please help the moderators by providing information about the error.
Third, please take a screen shot (screen picture) of the error message and post it here. You can take a screen picture on the Mac by hitting Command-F3. In Windows, use the Windows+Print Screen key, or see the instructions here for any version of Windows. https://www.cnet.com/how-to/how-to-take-a-screenshot-in-any-version-of-windows/
Then, upload the screen shot showing the error message to your question here by clicking "Edit" to the right of your original headline, and then click "Attach file" at the bottom.
