Where do I put 2016 federal income tax paid with form 1040 filing in 2017?

I paid the $413 due on my 2016 Form 1040 when I filed it 2017.  Where do I enter this on the 2017 return? Turbo tax  indicates only state and local tax and did not see anything for federal tax due on the 2016 return paid in 2017.
