I filed on 1/21 they sent a letter to my wrong address on 02/04, they re-generated a new letter for my new address and they told me it could be two weeks before I get it but I got it on 2/10. I faxed my forms on 2/15 and they still do not show they have received it as of yesterday. You have to wait for your letter with special instructions with your case. The letter has to be faxed with your papers as well. They say it could take 6-8 weeks to receive your refund, but there are ppl that actually got theirs within the 2-3 weeks. So it just a waiting game i guess. Good luck!
