Here's an update on mine. This may give some of you some hope.
I e-filed 1/22/16
Rcvd letter 12C from IRS needing 8962 and 1095A forms on 2/9
Faxed it 2/12
2/26 (2 weeks after I sent my fax) Called IRS to confirm my fax was rcvd & was told that they will not know if my fax was rcvd until 4 weeks.
2/27 Got a DDD of 3/2/16.
So it doesn't take as long as some may think.
