Soo I order my transcript this morning called this afternoon, and was advised that my check will be mailed (wth) I requested and entered in my direct deposit info why is it being mailed. They said when they received my refund info on Jan 22 my bank acct info had zeros??? Why is this when I can clearly see my bank acct info in turbo tax.
