Good News! I just spoke with a representative,and she was able to give me some info. I now have a refund date of 3/15/16. It all depends on WHO you talk to. She was able to tell me the refund date,and how much it was for. My WMR status bar has been updated. KEEP calling even if you have to speak with a different representative.
