To add a form
You can search for the form and the program will take you to it and you can start filling it out.
1. Login to your account
2. On the top right corner of your computer screen you will see My Account
3. Click Tools
4. Click Topic Search, type in the form you are looking for , hit your enter button
5. Follow the prompts
