Ok TaxGuyBill... that is exactly what I want to do... have ADP report the bonuses, have the company pay their share of the medicare and social security taxes on that amount. No one is trying to avoid taxes here. What I dont want to see happen is the employer have to pay 100% of both sides of the taxes now because of this. So cant I have ADP report the bonus amount in box 1,3,5 and we give ADP the company's share of the taxes and the employees will have their share calculated when they do their returns?
