Was your 2015 tax return transferred to this year's return by TurboTax?
If this is your first year filing your tax return with TurboTax or if you did not transfer your 2015 return, you need to enter last year's tax liability in TurboTax.
To do this please follow these steps:
- Click on Search on the top right of your
screen
- In the search box, type underpayment penalty
- In the search result page,
click on Jump to underpayment penalty
- TurboTax will take you
through a questionnaire where you can enter your 2015 tax liability.
