@jpabello , the code Z will go on the investor's Form 8949 "Sales and Other Dispositions of Capital Assets", not the Form 8996 which is filed by the QOF. I haven't checked yet whether the TT interview for capital gains prompts for QOF, but at worst I think it should be a simple override in forms mode.
