You will need to report in TurboTax under your Farm Information section that you "Sold or otherwise disposed of this farm in 2016". Then "Edit" each asset to report how you disposed of them from your farm business (sold, converted to personal property, etc.) After you close out your farm business, TurboTax will stop asking about your farm in future years.
