Get your taxes done using TurboTax

1. Sign in - Continue your/take me to my return
2. Go to My Account (top right), then Tools (opens Tools Center)
3. Delete a form (under Other helpful links)
4. From the Review Form List, delete Healthcare Entry Sheet

After this, revisit the healthcare section and provide your details once more. This should resolve your issue.
