How do I input my quarterly bonus' into my tax information? I was taxed 30+% on all of them so I am not claiming it in my normal wages when I file....

The bonus show up on my paystubs as "quat1 bonus" "quat2 bonus" etc.  They are taxed 33% I believe... but it looks like it is just added into my wages and not a separate form like some bonuses are.
