Form 7004 (business extensions) cannot be e-filed thru TurboTax. It can be prepared thru TurboTax Business software (https://turbotax.intuit.com/small-business-taxes/), but must then be mailed to IRS. TurboTax Business is available in CD/Download version only, and is Windows based.
