IRS/Internal Revenue Service isn't listed as a financial institution for interest income on 1099-INT.

I have an 1099-INT form from the IRS, not my bank. When attempting to add as interest income, IRS/Internal Revenue Service doesn't generate as an option for the financial institution. 

1. How do I enter this info without IRS as an option for the financial institution? 
2. Do I enter the Federal ID Number listed for the IRS, even though it says "INTERNAL REVENUE USE ONLY"?
