I THINK I FOUND IT..(on the S Corp Desktop Software)
YOU HAVE TO TURN THE FORM ON!!!!
Install the New York City S Corporation Package.
CLICK on FORMS in the top screen upper part of the S Corp Software.
Scroll to bottom of "forms list" on left.
Find the New York City S Corporation Forms
CLICK on the "Information Wks"
Now..look on the form PART II
CLICK BOX - "Check box to prepare short-form return (NYC-4S) because they will not ask you this through the STEP BY STEP process.
Your 4S will magically appear on left.
