If you're using TurboTax Online:

Start by signing in to your account (if
you aren't already signed in).
- Once you're in, select
in the upper-right corner of your
screen.
- Now select Contact Us at the
bottom of the next screen.
- Enter your
question and then select Let's talk.
- Now choose
between:
- Posting your
question to our community of experts (Post a question); or
- Talking
one-on-one with a live TurboTax Expert, CPA, or Enrolled Agent (Talk to a specialist) (requires the PLUS add-on if
using Free Edition).
If you're using the TurboTax CD/Download software or can't sign into your TurboTax account:

- Ask your question, select Continue, and follow our onscreen instructions.
