Try a different browser as a first attempt. Firefox or Chrome or Internet explorer; something different from what you are using now.
Failing that this is a situation where you need to share your screen with an agent. We have checked our systems for defect reports and there is nothing similar that has been reported by other users. I see some reports from names in consent to e-file not being accepted, but they were all last year and that issue was resolved.
