Hi - follow these instructions:
- On the first screen of the health insurance section, indicate that you didn't have health insurance
- On the next screen, check the box that says "Indian tribe member or eligible for Indian health care" (see attached)
- That's it! The penalty will be waived and you can proceed past the health insurance section.
