After e-filing my state return with turbotax, I received a "filing instructions" sheet. It says I need to sign and date form IT-8453-OL. Do I mail it? How do I get it?
The 8453 that printed with the return has a "Do Not Mail This Form To DOR" watermark on the form. Where do I get a clear form? Who do I mail it to?
