@TurboTaxJulieCo 's answer: If you officially closed your business in 2017, or if you had business assets that you were depreciating prior to the close, you'll need to account for the "disposal" of those assets. To do that, you'll still need the Home & Business program for one more year. If not, Premier is indeed the edition you'll need.
