Yes, it is still taxable income. To enter it do the following after logging into your return
- Tax Home
- Take Me to My return
- Federal in the Black on the left
- Click Wages and Income
- Select see full list of Income
- Show more next to Other Common Income
- Start next to 1099 Misc
