You do not amend (Form 1040X) to fix a rejection. You just make the correction, and resubmit the efile.
It is saying that the EIN does not match what is on file with the IRS for that employer. So, unless you made a typo and can successfully correct it; you will have to print, sign and file by mail.
Be sure to enter the employer name exactly as it appears on the W-2. Do not abbreviate or use a nickname.
