Yes if they did not provide more than half of their own support for the year
BUT If she can be claimed as a dependent by another person (you), she can't claim anyone else as a dependent. Even if she has a qualifying child or qualifying relative, she can't claim that person as a dependent.
This is called the Dependent Taxpayer Test
