The prompt to pay for my state return included payment for Turbo Tax. Will not pay for TT a second time. How do I get past this flaw?
Why when I went to e-file my taxes was I asked to pay for TT & state in the billing payment screen? Willing to pay for state but not TT which was purchased at Costco.
