I have NOLs from 2014 & 2015. I am about to file these returns. I filed extensions & was told I have 3 years to file from extension date. Can I carryover NOLs to 2016?

I am only filing my 2014 and 2015 tax returns now/first time and want to carryover the 2014 NOL into 2015. I also had an NOL in 2015, and so then want to carry over both NOLs from 2015 into 2016. Can I do this since I still am within the time frame to file my tax return and not forfeit any refunds? (The IRS told me I have three years from the deadline of the extension I filed.)
